Smoke if you got 'em

I know I shouldn't joke about cancer, but I always hoped that before cancer got to me, medicine would find a way. So yeah science!!! Or at least... there might be hope. Scientists at the University of Alberta have discovered something -- besides the deadliness -- that sets cancer cells apart from other cells. And they believe they have something that can destroy the abnormal cells - DCA. It's been used by humans in other therapies (relatively safe?), it's not patented (relatively cheap?) and seems like it should be pretty big news... if we're lucky!
